FAQs
-
Single and double gangs, USB-A or USB-C outlets, smart WiFi sockets, outdoor and metal-clad options. We have brands we recommend due to their quality.
-
Most socket replacements take about an hour to install and test. Additions can take longer depending on the route the cable needs to go and the material of the wall.
-
Normally yes. We assess circuit load and can extend an existing ring or install a new radial circuit if needed.
-
A replacement socket will normally not require plastering work but sometimes the plaster can already be crumbling around the area. New sockets may require small repairs around the cut hole and anywhere we’ve had to cut into the wall to route the cable through. We will often offer to fill small holes we make.
